As Chief Executive Officer of Transport Certification Australia (TCA), Chris has successfully established and grown the organisation working across different policy streams, surface transport modes, and government and non-government sectors. Chris has led in the implementation of reforms and new initiatives by bringing together stakeholders and enablers in a new service delivery model. TCA is a leader in the provision of high quality, independent Advice, Accreditation and Administration services on behalf of governments, to support the current and emerging use of telematics and related intelligent technologies for public purpose outcomes. With more than 28 years experience, Chris has held senior executive positions nationally and internationally and believes the key to success is development of a strong culture and a spirit of stakeholder management in a complex public/private sector environment. Chris has a Bachelor and Masters Degree, undertaken senior leadership and management programs, is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a director on a number of boards
